Why We Audition

We don't accept every student who applies, and that's intentional.

Acting 101 is the foundation for everything we teach, and we want every student who joins to be genuinely ready for it, and genuinely excited to be there. Our audition isn't a performance - it's a conversation. We're evaluating fit in both directions: is this the right program for your goals right now, and are you someone our coaches are excited to work with over the coming weeks.

We accept roughly 10-20% of applicants. Not because we're trying to be exclusive for its own sake, but because a smaller, well-matched class is what lets our coaches actually know each student and teach at the level they need.

What to Expect

Every Tuesday and Wednesday, we hold live audition webinars for students who've signed up. Here's how it works:

  • You sign up for one of our weekly audition slots (Tuesday or Wednesday).

  • You join us live for a short, low-pressure session with one of our coaches - no elaborate prep required, just come as you are.

  • We talk and we watch - a bit of conversation about your goals and experience, alongside a chance for us to see how you take direction and engage with the material.

  • We decide together. We're looking for readiness and genuine interest, not polish. Plenty of students who've never taken a class before are accepted; plenty of experienced kids aren't, if it's not the right moment or fit.

What Happens If You're Accepted

Every student we accept starts in Acting 101 — our foundational course, taught live by our coaching team. From there, coaches identify students ready to advance, and invite them into our next-level programs based on their growth and progress in class.

There's no separate "advanced" audition to worry about later — if you're accepted, Acting 101 is your starting point, and your coaches will guide you from there.
